Made locally in Widgee, just west of Gympie in a gluten free kitchen. Robyn was sick for many years with diabetes and a gluten intolerance. The doctors wanted to give her multiple medications and she said 'no way!' She decided to cure herself naturally by going organic. This is a beautiful soft loaf, made from rice, tapioca, quinoa, almond flour, coconut milk, coconut oil, aqua faba, baking powder, and salt.
