How to Subscribe to a Product
Go to the Shop and Select Your Product
Go to the Shop/Collection Page: Navigate to the main shop page where the products are listed, such as the Seasonal Boxes collection (e.g., https://www.freshbox.com.au/collections/seasonal-boxes).
Select Your Product: Click on the product you want to subscribe to, like the Fruit & Veg Box Medium.
Choose Subscription and Delivery Frequency
Choose "Subscribe & Save": On the product page, select the **"Subscribe and Save (Save 10%)"** option (the yellow button).
Select Delivery Frequency: Below the "Subscribe and Save" button, choose your desired delivery schedule:
- Weekly delivery (10% off)
- Fortnightly delivery (10% off)
Add to Cart and Proceed to Checkout
Add to Cart: Click the "Add to cart" button. The product will be added to your cart at the discounted subscription price (e.g., $67.50 instead of $75.00 for the medium box).
Review Cart and Start Checkout: Open your cart. Verify the product and the "Weekly delivery" or "Fortnightly delivery" frequency are correct. Enter your postal code to check eligibility for delivery, and then click the **"Checkout"** button to proceed with payment and finalising your subscription order.
