Pinot Noir Paddy Borthwick Paper Road
The ancient soils and cool climate of Gladstone, New Zealand and these sustainable vineyards create traditionally pure Pinot Noir with spicy savouriness and bright, juicy red fruits. This wine is medium bodied with soft, velvety tannins, a mix of tart and sweet cherry fruit with a chocolate touch, lightly oaked finish and a little lingering zestiness. This wine pairs easily with everything from salads to roast meats, rich baked dishes and cheeses.
