Can I order whenever I like?
Yes that's no worries at all. If you aren't home much or just eating for 1, sometimes ordering just when you need to is your best choice. To do this please click on the 'make a one off order' section on the home page and fill your cart with yummy goodies.
Can I add extras to my reccuring order?
You can login a few days before your delivery is due and add any extras to your order. This can be done by clicking on 'manage my recurring order' then shopping from the categories on the left hand menu bar. Each time you would like to add an item just for the next delivery, click the button 'add to next order' that is under each item. The products you select will be delivered with your next scheduled recurring order.
How does my reccuring order work?
A recurring order is one you can set up to be delivered either weekly or fortnightly. You can fill this order with all of your basics that you eat regularly. Once your recurring order is set up, you can also login a few days before your delivery is due and add any extras to your order. Can I order over the phone instead of online?
Doing your weekly grocery shopping online is a quick, safe and convenient way of ordering your groceries with FRESH BOX. You can do it anytime of the day or night. If you wish to phone our office to place your order you are very welcome to do so. Please call us on 0490 489 122 and have your order and c/c details ready.
Can I suggest a product you may like to stock that I wish to buy?
If there is something we don't have but you would like to order, please let us know and we will endeavour to stock it for you. Please feel free to contact us anytime to discuss on 0490 489 122.
How can I make suggestions for better services?
We are always open to hearing suggestions on how we can improve our service. Please email us on the Contact Us page or email@example.com.
How much do I have to spend for each order?
Minimum order is $60 plus delivery fee. Please see our delivery page
How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bank Transfer, Paypal and cash-on-delivery. Please contact us to arrange cash payment or bank transfer.
What if I am not happy with my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order please call our office on 0490 849 122. We are happy to credit or replace it for you on your next delivery. Please read our refunds policy (terms and conditions).
Can I choose the day of my delivery?
Please check our Delivery page. We generally deliver to each area on the coast twice a week. When you place your order we will email you to advise the day of your delivery. Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday.
Where does the fresh produce come from and how do i know its organic?
FRESH BOX founders, Ben and Georgie McKeown are in total support of local grown, organic produce and Australian farmers. At least 80% of our produce is from within 100km radius to the Sunshine Coast. We have both personally been out to speak to each farmer we support and look at how they grow their crops. We pick the fresh salad greens on the day of delivery. It is cut and picked fresh and delivered straight to you for optimal health benefits.

Can I set up a re-occurring order?
Yes, this is the best way to get all the benefits from FRESH BOX! By setting up a re-occurring order you become a VIP Freshie Customer, with access to free giveaways, workshops and more. You can choose for your delivery to come weekly or fortnightly. It is very flexible and you can add on and take off items as you like. Can I send a FRESH BOX as a Gift?
What a great gift of good health! These special boxes are delivered with a gift card. You will be able to type your gift message to the lucky recipient in our comment box on the checkout page.
I am late in placing my order can I still receive it?
Please call our office on 0490 849 122 if it is later than cut off time. We may be able to squeeze you in if you haven't yet placed your order. We will try and accommodate and usually it's no hassle.
When do I need to place my order by?
Orders can be placed up until midday the day before your delivery day. If you are late in ordering please call us on 0490 489 122 and we will try to accommodate your order. We can generally squeeze you in!
Can you deliver to a different address than my home or billing address?
No Worries. When you order online you can specify a different delivery address at check out.
Do I have to order every week?
No. FRESH BOX is easy going and you can order whenever you wish. If you'd like to order each week and don't want the hassle of having to remember to order, you can set up a recurring order and we will deliver your box automatically either weekly or fortnightly.
Can I swap items in the box for others, if there is something I don't like?
No problemo! If there is something in the box you do not want, you can simply click the x on the item at checkout and it will be removed. In addition, you can also add extra items to your box from our fruit, veg and grocery selection if you wish.
What are the quantities of fruit and vegetables in the seasonal boxes?
Each item in our shop is labelled with the weight per serve. Please do experiment with the seasonal box sizes until you find the one that suits you and your families needs best.
Can I build my fruit and veggie box from scratch?
There are 2 options you can choose when placing your order.
1. You can custom build you own box from scratch from our produce and grocery range.
2. You can choose from our pre made, seasonal boxes. If there is something in the box you do not want, you can simply click the x on the item at checkout and it will be removed. In addition, you can also add extra items to your box from our fruit, veg and grocery selection if you wish.
Organic produce availability and variety can change each week and we update our produce that's available every Weds and Fri afternoon.
What's in the seasonal boxes each week?
Box contents are displayed on the website and rest assured they are a good mix of seasonal items that you can view in the store. Contents can be subject to change due to availability.
Do I need to be home when my order is delivered?
No, a lot of our customers are out and about at the time of delivery. Just let us know where its safe to leave your FRESH BOX. This can be done on the checkout page. If you have ordered refrigerated items, please leave out an esky or cooler bag, we will place them inside for you. If you do not leave out a cooler we will leave your cold goods in the delivery at the front door. Please note our boxes are not cold boxes. The FRESH BOX has a sealed lid to keep the crows out :)

Does FRESH BOX deliver to my area?
We deliver all over the sunshine coast from Noosa to Caloundra and inland through the hinterland 4 days a week, Tuesday to Saturday. We have a drop off point in Maleny and Cooroy for people who live out of town to meet us and collect their goods. We also deliver from Pelican Waters all the way to North Brisbane. Different areas have different delivery days. Once you have placed your order, we will email you to inform you of your delivery day.
