Chocolate Acai, Fig and Pistachio Pudding

Method and Ingredients

  • In your Vitamix, place ¼ cup of organic chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 cup of coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 1 sachet of acai berry paste 
  • Fresh Figs
  • Dark Quinoa Chocolate
  • Pistachios
  • Dates
  •  

    1. Blend thoroughly and then pour into a bowl and set in the fridge for 2 or more hours.
    2. Once set, top with fresh figs, chopped pistachios, sliced date coconut rolls and melted vegan dark quinoa chocolate.
    3. And enjoy!
